The Townies, Inc. Studio is an inspiring modern industrial workroom/playroom located in the heart of downtown Ojai.

900 square feet of versatile, creative/work space complete with foyer, artists lounge, lofty twelve foot ceilings with exposed beams and ducting, charcoal gray walls, finished concrete flooring, central heat and air conditioning and plenty of free parking.

The studio’s window panels allow for plenty of natural light when they are open; closed, they create a more intimate setting and the option of complete darkness for screenings or dramatic staging.

The studio is accessible, with two accessible restrooms and accessible parking. Your studio rental also includes chairs, tables, studio wifi, lighting and sound and the support of our tremendously capable staff.

Potential uses: Coaching, consulting, photography sessions, workshops, live events (up to 80 people) and more.

PRICING:
1-3 people: $30 per hour
4-20 people: $40 per hour
21-80 people: $50 per hour Sun - Thur, $75 per hour Fri - Sat*
